Call for Articles

BATS invites the submission of articles or information from which a report can be written. Feature articles up to 3,000 words in length are welcomed, as are shorter articles of 500 words or more. Those active in bat research, conservation or education projects are encouraged to send reports of their work. You don't need to wait for a personal invitation to write an article for BATS, but please inquire first with the proposed subject matter and submit an informal abstract for feature-length articles. Subjects considered are not limited to conservation, but can also include biology, behavior, or ecology of bats, as well as cultural and historical material. Please direct all inquiries to The Editor.
